Grab yourself some coffee and or water and slide through a low-pressure morning workout that builds strength, improves mobility, stamina, and melts away morning stiffness—no rush, no stress. Each weeks rotation will focus on specific muscle groups, work on isolations, and of course, our favorite, heels conditioning. - Each Tuesday morning will differ from the previous 1st: Legs, core, fluidity 2nd: Upper body and back 3rd: Ankle/Heels training 4th: HIIT, Stamina, meditation *5th: Student choice or No class
